You have a 20 Prospect limit for your roster. It can be any position.
A prospect is a player who has played less than 41 games.
A prospect player can be on your prospect Roster until he has played a total of 150 NHL games. At this point you must place him on your Pro roster, trade him, or drop him to waivers.
Prospects cannot collect points until placed on your Pro Roster.
Your prospect player can move back and forth between pro and prospect rosters until he has played 150 NHL games.
A Pro player (over 41 games) drafted in the Pro Draft is not eligible to be sent to the Prospect roster.
